The only gears on my Graziano SAG12 that arent sitting in an oil bath are the change gears on the banjo. Also the middle gear has an oil nipple. The Graziano SAG12 manual makes no mention of lubricating the change gears or the oil nipple on the middle gear. At present I oil these gears and the oil nipple with Vactra #2. On my Chicom 12x36 I was using a spray on graphite infused chain lube, but since to thread metric I actually had to change the change gears on the banjo the graphite infused belt chain lube was way too messy. With the SAG12 there is no immediate need to change the change gears as shifting levers makes switching from metric to inch easy and clean. I am looking for a better solution for lubricating the change gears that would be stickier than Vactra #2 way oil. Any suggestions?
