Arlo lathes, what's their origin

Hi All,

we're in for a new conventional lathe of app. 25"x 80". one of the contenders is Arlo, which is an unknown brand to me.
I guess they come from China, but I'm not sure.
any expierence with those would be helpfull as wel.
we expect to run that lathe about 1200 hrs annually. A TOS or FAT would be better, but we aren't sure we can make that budget free.
