I've been looking for a lathe for my shop for many years now. Looked at lots of lathes from many manufacturers and from complete basket cases to very nice examples but never found the right one or the right deal. Over this time I developed a better sense of what I really wanted in a lathe and developed an affection for Grazianos. Well long story short here she is..

Sorry for the crappy iPhone pictures. Next improvement is all new shift handles and grips. I guess plastic was a novelty back in the late 70's but they didn't hold up well over the years.
Not a big fan of the toolpost either so I'm in the hunt for a Multifix....
