Lorch Collet Replacement??

So, a collet for my Lorch AV1-K broke. I would like to replace it.

Lorch size C, as per pic.

Anybody know where to find one?

Or, anybody happen to know if these are the same or similar to another brand or type? Weiler, Levin, WW, Schaublin... anything?
