Cazeneuve 360 HBX- Anyone still have the original 4 position tool post ?

If so I'm curious if you have ever removed it and figured out why there are 5 holes in the compound ! I speculate that 4 of them are to hold down an internal plate that has a bolt that the turret rotates on. But the other 3 holes are quite mysterious. I would speculate those are for detent positions except they are in the same bolt hole pattern as the other 4 holes. Sooooo, just curious what was the actual purpose of the extra 3 holes ?

(ignore the two larger holes in below photo of compound, as those were drilled by previous owner. Also ignore red numbers in the catalog photo...just posted that one to show what the original 4 position tool post would have looked like)
