Hi folks, after a month and a half my new brake coil finally made the trip from Seattle to Oslo. That is the good news. I have mounted it up and am trying to get the motor mounted inside the cabinet but am going crazy trying to line things up. Short of build some sort of special wheeled carriage are there any suggestions for how to get it positioned?
I have been trying with the motor cradle attached to the motor. Should I either split the cradle at the pivots or at the motor instead? I was hoping to avoid having to climb around inside the machine to tighten the bolts.
I have had some luck using the belt adjustment arm to raise and lower the motor but it really only works with one end and pulls it in the wrong direction.`
