Anyone recognize this lathe compound?

This came to me with a group of mostly European tools and has a distinctive enough look that I'm hoping someone spots it and can identify the lathe its from. I'll try to get better pics, but thought its the hand wheel that might give it away. It strikes me as well made and European so thought this group might know.
