schaublin 102N power

Our new to us Schaublin has arrived. 102N80. Nice condition.

Trying hard to figure out the precise components for running the drive. It is a 380V roughly 3A 3 phase motor that switches between delta and Y connection on the motor switch on the cabinet.

We are in the US now but in a couple years will be moving to England. My plans were for a transformer to go up from 125 or 240 VAC to 380/400V single phase and input this to a VFD (that accepts single phase input) to get three phase. This can be pricey if I am not very careful.

I have identified a WEG VFD that I can get for $400+ but I need a transformer. Any suggestions?
